Summer flights will resume from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport to Muskoka Airport
Porter Airlines says it will resume flights this summer from Billy Bishop Airport in downtown Toronto to Muskoka Airport in cottage country.
Flights begin June 24 and continue until September 6.
There will be two flights per week — every Monday and Friday — with a departure time from Toronto at 2:25 p.m. and a departure time from Muskoka at 3:45 p.m.
However, on long weekends there will be a Tuesday departure.
Porter Airlines returns to the air nearly 18 months after being grounded due to COVID-19
Flights from Toronto to Muskoka were first introduced in the summer of 2019 to boost tourism in the area and attract those who don’t want to sit in traffic.

Muskoka Airport is off Highway 11 between Bracebridge and Gravenhurst.
“We look forward to bringing our passengers back to Muskoka after two seasons away due to the pandemic,” said Porter Airlines President and CEO Michael Deluce.
“The scenic Muskoka region is less than a 30-minute flight from downtown Toronto, making it more accessible to Torontonians, as well as other Porter travelers in Canada and the United States.
Porter Airlines said reservations made before March 31 are eligible for free change or cancellation.
Round-trip fares are as low as $164 for bookings made before March 8, the airline said.
