Mount Airy spends more than other cities?
The President of the United States of America believes the nation is systematically racist. The Vice President of the United States believes that one of the nation’s greatest threats is domestic terrorism perpetrated by white supremacists.
Well, we’ve certainly come a long way since 1776 when our Founding Fathers worked to establish a nation “where all men are created equal.” Today the two main leaders of the nation, aided and abetted by an army of rabid followers of the radical left (aka Socialist / Progressive Democrats) use their favorite propaganda tools (Black Lives Matter, mainstream media, cowardly societies and Big Tech’s Social Media Speech Censors) to quickly transform a nation of freedom-loving, hardworking, and independent-minded citizens into a totalitarian quagmire where all people, actions, and communications are seen and profiled in through the prism of race.
Rather than a single nation, we are a country divided by tribes that use hyphens to denote primary and secondary allegiances. Instead of “Americans,” we are now defined by color coded groups such as African Americans, Asian Americans, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, and lowercase white Americans.
Today “equality” has been set aside to make way for the Marxist concept of fairness – which demands that people be judged on their skin color and their personal circumstances; not their character content (as was Martin Luther King, Jr.’s dream). Additionally, critical race theory – which demonizes dead and living Caucasians and their cultural contributions by pushing the false concept that “white supremacy” is at the heart of all evil in society – is force-fed our children. by an educational system that has quietly submitted to its new role of indoctrination rather than education.
The absurdity of the false narrative of systemic racism is probably best refuted by the fact that just 13 years ago “we the people” elected a black man as president – and did it again four years ago. years later ! The lie of systemic racism is also proven false by the legions of intelligent, hardworking, extremely confident and capable blacks and other minorities who occupy positions of significant power and influence in all areas of government, education, business, health, military, arts and entertainment, etc.
Today, the extraordinarily wealthy organization known as Black Lives Matter (BLM) has been given an exalted and seemingly sacred position within our society by certain individuals and groups, despite the fact that one of its key leaders in New York proudly proclaimed that the use of violence to achieve desired results in an appropriate manner. If BLM were another group, it would likely be classified as a national terrorist group.
Today, law enforcement has been so severely curtailed, dismantled, demoralized and funded that police officers can no longer do their jobs for fear of being accused of brutality or racism by mobs of activists and media panic-stricken political agitators – most of whom would prefer a prime-time “photos” rather than an off-screen meeting to engage in a constructive dialogue that could improve the policing profession.
Today, “hate” is no longer just a negative emotion that can be used to attribute a motive to the commission of a crime. It is now its own type of crime – one based on color and one that demands federal intervention and harsher punishment for the convicted offender.
Today, American conservatives of all stripes are vilified and silenced for fear of being called “racists” or “salespeople” by socialist-inclined puppets who continue to use the race card to enforce the race. derive financial and political benefits. Indeed, those individuals and groups who profited and continue to profit from the notion of perpetual victimization of blacks have been called for many years by courageous luminaries – starting in 1911 with educator Booker T. Washington and today with author Taleeb Starkes, civil rights lawyer Leo Turrell, political commentator Candace Owens and most recently US Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina.
While the harsh realities of racism have haunted and continue to haunt our land; it is also true that we have made considerable progress over the past 100 years or more towards the ideal of a “more perfect union”. We are not a nation steeped in systemic racism. Ironically, following the lead of the current Biden / Harris administration, we are rapidly and dangerously transforming into a nation infected with systemic reverse racism. As Senator Scott so brilliantly noted in a recent television appearance: “To fight bigotry with bigotry is hypocrisy.
At some point, I hope that “we the people” – of all colors, ethnicities, religions, genders (biological or self-identified), sexual beliefs, etc. – we will join hands and hearts and insist that equality, fairness, community common sense and dignity / mutual respect be restored as fundamental principles and values that we use to help us achieve heal us… and our country.
It is also time for those of us who are able to speak out without fear of being fired from a job to do so. And it’s time for those of us who embrace freedom and civil liberties to stop consuming goods and services from companies that have knelt for the radical left’s agenda. We can no longer stand idly by and leave unchallenged the outrageous lies, practices, programs and relentless propaganda of the radical left elite – which, if left unchecked, will ensure the ultimate destruction of a united nation where all Americans have equal opportunities for life, freedom and the pursuit of happiness.
