Drunk passenger gets lost in airport baggage carousel network
Here’s the moment a drunken Russian gets lost in an airport’s network of rides as he tries to get to his flight:
I’m sure after a few drinks many of us got lost at the airport on our way to the departure gate. However, I very much doubt that any of you managed to get lost in an airport carousel.
The footage was filmed at Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow, the Russian capital, on July 28.
According to Life, the unnamed man was trying, for some strange reason, to get to the runway where his flight was waiting for him … via the baggage carousel.
Unfortunately, he got lost along the way and ended up doing an “Aladdin carpet ride” behind the airport curtain.
The video shows a man casually walking on a merry-go-round with his carry-on baggage, ends up on the wrong track on the treadmill, after losing his footing and then overturning at an intersection, while losing a shoe in the process.
The man’s bag hangs on the handrail where he ends up releasing it and is taken off a carousel for an unexpected roller coaster ride, without knowing his final destination.
He eventually arrived at the baggage scanning point where security guards were on hand to quickly stop him.
A spokesperson for the Interior Ministry said: “The service director of the Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation at Sheremetyevo airport received a message indicating that an unidentified man was on the plane. baggage belt on the third floor of Terminal D, and entered the sorting room via the rides on July 28. “
The Interior Ministry also said the passenger was a resident of the city of Yalta, born in 1994.
The man was reportedly accused of breaking airport security rules.
TIC Tac user Lex (@ simp4beanz) shared airport video – having realized she arrived for his flight an integer YEAR early, and is now “stuck” in Croatia.
Her the video has accumulated 1.1 million views and 245,000 likes, plus thousands of comments from people who found his situation just plain hilarious.
One person joked: “I understand you must be at the airport two hours early, but a year seems a little too early. “
