NEW YORK, January 12, 2022 / PRNewswire / – Enstoa, Inc. announced today that it has been engaged by the Denver International Airport for an ambitious three-year digital transformation initiative.

Denver The international airport (DEN) is appreciated by aviation professionals and passengers for its innovative architecture, space, organization, sustainability and efficient logistics. With its iconic pointed roof, the airport has become the symbol of its city and region. It has regularly won top publications honors and was voted “Best Airport in North America“for four consecutive years. Already the main economic engine of the state of Colorado, DEN plans to significantly expand its capacity with new international routes while maintaining world-class levels of service. Pursuing a vision of serving 100 million passengers per year, DEN strives to be the transportation hub of choice for regional and international routes.

Achieving these ambitious goals means maximizing real estate and investing in continued operational excellence and sustainability. DEN is creating a strategic plan to inform and lead this multi-year initiative. Berit Ortwein, Director of Program Management at DEN, will use her in-depth knowledge of complex logistics, planning and construction methodologies to ensure the success of this project.

Enstoa’s extensive expertise in helping clients accelerate and maximize the return on investment of public infrastructure and transport construction projects makes them an ideal partner for DEN. They provide factual information to help spend capital more strategically, maximize production, and avoid costly mistakes.

Ortwein shares: “We assessed the strategic environment to understand where we are good, where we need to work and what the future will bring to our industry. We use Oracle’s Primavera Unifier for our day-to-day data management, but we know it can do more. For years, Enstoa has helped Unifier users improve their efficiency and capabilities. We are delighted to partner with Enstoa to develop and implement our broader digital strategy, as we know it will be essential to achieving our exciting new vision. “

Enstoa will provide five key services to DEN: Primavera Unifier enhancements, Primavera Analytics, integrations, user empowerment and training, and ongoing support. They will begin the engagement with a digital “health check” and a ten week “Sprint 0”. During this initial phase, interactive sessions with key personnel will identify performance initiatives, plan future systems architecture, and establish the business case for upgrading the capacity of DEN investment projects.

“After Sprint 0, Denver The international airport will be on track to meet its ambitious goals. They will have a digital roadmap that will help them guide them in all aspects of their transformation, ”said the CEO of Enstoa. Jordan cram. “By leveraging the huge data they already have in their systems, they will be better able to make informed strategic decisions, better manage costs and schedules, and excel in quality and sustainability.”
